The Taxi Driver is responsible for transporting customers safely and efficiently to their destinations, while providing courteous service. He must keep his vehicle in good condition, know the region perfectly, respect road regulations and manage fare payments. A valid taxi license, good driving record and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Passenger Transportation : Drive customers to their destinations safely and efficiently.

Customer Service : Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers, assisting with baggage if necessary.

Vehicle maintenance : Ensure that the taxi is always clean, in good working order and well maintained. Carry out regular checks of the vehicle.

Payment management : Collect fares for rides in accordance with official rates and issue receipts if requested.

Knowledge of the area : Have excellent knowledge of routes, points of interest, traffic areas and road conditions.

Compliance with regulations : Comply with all road regulations and rules specific to the taxi industry.

Communication : Stay in contact with the taxi center to receive and confirm reservations, report incidents or request assistance if necessary.

Qualifications :
